Compost!

Hi there just a reminder that you have 30 seconds to read each slide! So we are learning to apply our knowledge. I do prefer using compost than any other fertilizer or chemical. It is the lockdown so I might not of had done it right? I am not sure. I found it challenging to find the right font for my sides, because sometimes they can be a little tricky to find. My favourite part was my first slide, because I like the moving background.

What did you like? What parts did you find tricky to read? I found it interesting that you use little bits of veggies or other things to make compost!

  1. Kia ora Isabella,
I like the moving background on slide 1 as well. We have got a compost bin at home and we put our compost on our garden. We often have tomatoes and pumpkins growing out of our compost bin. I wonder why these 2 plants grow and others don't in our compost bin. Do you know why?

Thank you for saying that you liked my background.
I think other veggies and things don't grow in your and my compost bins because we probably haven't planted them in there or it's not right for them?

    1. Thanks Isabella. I think the conditions may suit pumpkins and tomatoes but not the other vege scraps we put in.
